Julia is a shareholder in the firm, and concentrates her practice in municipal and special district law.
Ms. Lew was admitted to practice in California in 1998.
She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento,
and she received her B.A. from University of California, San Diego.

Ms. Lew is the City Attorney for Porterville and Lindsay and a Deputy City Attorney for the other cities represented by the firm.
 She serves as the attorney for certain local districts, including community services and health care districts.
She provides both transactional and litigation services for the firm.

Ms. Lew is married and has two children.
